Position Title: Field Audit Manager Job Summary: Supports Regional Audit Manager in effectively deploying resources, controlling quality and ensuring compliance with external standards and internal customers' Service Level Agreements. Responsible for selection, development and performance management of a team of auditors. Job Responsibilities: * Supports Regional Audit Manager in achieving established Service Level Agreement performance objectives Region-wide. * Ensures auditors' compliance with productivity and quality standards through performance reporting and analysis. * Reviews and recommends adjustments to workload management to meet service standards. * Supplies workforce and workload data to prepare manager to forecast resource requirements. * Performs On-Site Reviews (OSRs), assists with Quality Review Program (QRP) and monitoring of specialty programs (e.g., LPs and V-2s). * Communicates service goals to staff. * Ensures proper implementation and maintenance of new processes/procedures. * Support effective management of Service Meetings through acting as liaison, planning and co-facilitation. * Identifies/solves delinquent or difficult audit assignment issues for staff. * Maintain/improve operational effectiveness. * Researches business issues, identifies opportunities for improvement, proposes solutions.
