Every location offers an environment that values each of its employees! JOB DESCRIPTION: *This position will be located in Miami, FL. MAIN DUTIES: Day-to-day management of all assigned customers and in-country distributors. Develop and execute accounts specific strategies to grow Post/Ralston Foods business at the account and product category levels. Consistent time investment and professional relationship building with the various Buyer/Merchandiser, Director VP of Purchasing, Distributor Brand Managers to understand the customer's objectives and strategies, plan for the execution of POST/Ralston Foods initiatives and provide feedback to Senior Business Team Leaders. Product and data training of distributor organizations to ensure they have the resources available to represent POST/Ralston Foods appropriately. Ongoing management of distributor organizations, to include periodic distributor reviews. Achievement of assigned case and dollar volume and ability to work with spending levels. Accurate account forecasting. Manage and develop promotional and trade programs for all assigned accounts to achieve volume/budgets. Identification of new prospects and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
