Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 6 years related work experience including at least three years managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational results. - Demonstrated Strategic Leadership and Planning. - Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and develop a high performance team of professionals. - Proficient in both Spanish and English as demonstrated by successful performance on job related language assessments. - Experience in retail marketing, direct to consumer marketing, and/or marketing practices. - Work flexible retail work hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays. - Effective verbal and written communications skills. - Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and web-based tools. - Occasional travel with overnight stays. - State of Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Annuities License (or obtain within 60 days of employment). Business specific Criteria (preferred skills): - Master's Degree. - Experience in insurance industry, physician's office, hospital or other position in health care industry. - Experience in store/retail management.
